  Lovely clean room. Really Lovely staff - Rose, Vicki, Tom were the only people who's name I got, but they were all great. Quiet location and near the station and not far away from the city centre.

  Only one thing. If breakfast could start a little earlier. It looked great but it only opened at 8:00 and I had meetings at 8:30, not leaving me time to have a breakfast before I had to leave.

  There was no one on site after 6pm. There wasn’t any hot water and no one was around to fix it. We couldn’t reach anyone through Booking or through the phone number left for emergency. When mentioning the event to the staff the next morning, nothing was offered to make up for the inconvenience.
