Hotel was very nice, we only spent one night here but definitely could have stayed for longer. The breakfast was lovely and I was very happy to see that they offered vegetarian alternatives for the meat options. Bed was SO comfy, definitely one of the nicest sleeps I've had in a while, staff were all very friendly, I would definitely return.

Not much to be honest, we didn't stay long enough to find anything we didn't like. Maybe the location it was a bit further from Westfield than it seems online but not a deal breaker.

Everything but could use a big mirror either in the bath or rooms so you can see your self and outfitt before you go out and a small cooler would be nice in the rooms

Members of the staff assisting me with my luggage, however they left my luggage unattended outside my room! Terrible it could had been stolen!

The atttidue and rudeness of the receptionst debating me, arguing with me and aggrevatitng me being a paying guest! The dismissive arrogant attitude of such Michelle allegedly so so-called Manageress... how did she get a job there? where did she trained to be so rude to guests!! I made a verbal and written complaint over this and nobody had the decency or courtesy to apologise nor respond, utterly appalling for the money paid on meals, beverages, and in in room dining! which by the way I had to fight to get a vegetarian breakfast, a breakfast menu which wasn't provided in the room in the first place and a wifi code! disgusting! The vegetarian breakfast wasn't fresh bland with no even a juice or water to go with, completely unacceptable. I would had sacked that Michelle with no hesitation. I will never stay there again, nor I recommend for anyone to. Go elsewhere where they can treat you like the customer you deserve for the money paid.

The food and drinks were really over priced. We booked a spa day which included lunch. The options were terrible and it was on the other side of the hotel. I didn’t feel comfortable walking to the opposite side of the hotel in robes so had to get dressed again to go for lunch. The lunch was so busy and looked like one woman was managing on her own. She did a great job but there was a long wait for the food and I thought it should have been better staffed. We were late for our spa treatments because the food took over an hour to come. The hotel was reasonably priced and was enjoyable but the spa experience really let it down. .
