Great location extremely close to Covent Garden, which for the price provided excellent value for money. Clean and comfortable bed, decent towels. Very polite night porter on the desk, who remembered me when I returned in the evening and checked out in the morning.

Carpets, paintwork and furniture were all a little tired, and there was a dripping tap in the bathroom and noisy bathroom fan. No breakfast provided in the hotel, but several options available within easy walking distance (this reduces to a couple of coffee shops if you need to eat before 8.30am).

Beautiful old moorside hunting lodge turned hostel. Really nice spot to take a wander among the heather. There was a full kitchen available for use.they had a great selection of pamphlets and maps of the Yorkshire Dales.

One of the lounges was a little too chilly for a sit in May and the drying room was out of order.

A few little things that suggest a tired hotel room: curtains did not close, remote control held together by sticky tape, random picture upside down, bed did not seem 100% clean but it was late so I was not going to debate this with the team. It was also noisy with the square outside. So overall I've stayed in better places. It's a great price though if that's what you're looking for.
