Location location location! Opposite Mayflower steps about 20m away. Viewed from our room . Nice and warm in our room considering it was cold outside during our stay. light and airy given it was a small. room. It is a very old historic building.

Bar prices were very high and it was almost always empty during our stay with no atmosphere. Few offers e.g. happy hours ,2 for 1s etc that other bars seem to offer. In a way that helped us as our room was above the bar and so there was little no noise to disturb us. Nevertheless it would have been nice to sit in the bar late on for a nightcap after a day exploring No breakfasts but there were a couple of great cafes a few yards away one in particular doing great coffee and plenty of breakfast options.

Great location, beautifully clean. Lots of towels, bedding etc. Well stocked kitchen. Everything we needed ☺️ The lady that runs it was just lovely and so very helpful.

Road a little noisy, but it is a main road. Downstairs were noisy but they did have very young children so you would expect that.

Location is perfect for shopping at Bicester Village, it only takes 5 minute drive. Grounds are amazing, beautiful garden.

Shower cubicle was tiny to the point it didn’t allow you to bend anywhere! Also this was extremely expensive. Probably in line with other hotels in the area but seems very steep!

My first room was very noisy (A/C maybe?) And could barely sleep the first night there. The lovely person at reception moved me to another room promptly, no question asked. There was some music at the bar I could hear from my room until 10pm
