We found for the price the location was very good and found the self check in very easy to use and useful.

Decor is nice but really needs touching up - paint peeling off walls and carpets covered in stains, could do with a refresh. Blankets/throw pillows need cleaning. Had to repressurise the boiler ourselves as we were without heating/hot water for half of our stay. Bathroom light goes off every 90 seconds when you’re in the shower because it’s on a timer which drove us a bit crazy.

Surprised no biscuits or chocolates in room.little things do matter.stayed at ibis couple weeks before,room at hilton no better.only thing that was better was the bar area and closer to world resorts.wouldnt pay extra to stay here again

- “Mood” lighting was totally impractical, half way through stay it wouldn’t stop going into disco mode. Hard to get ready with that. - Above is made worse by fact the room’s window location offers no privacy, so we had to have curtain shut the whole time - Bedding made me extremely itchy, still have rash 5 days later - Room is so small it’s hard to navigate if you are staying with someone else - you can’t even walk around the bed comfortably - Body wash wasn’t sufficiently filled so ran out mid stay - Not enough toilet roll supplied, had to ration it - Only stayed here as other hotels in area were booked up, but I’ve stayed in much cheaper places that are 10x nicer
