The location was good, as we could walk to the city center. The room was clean. Regarding the breakfast, we were thankful for the OJ and fruit and the back bacon and mushrooms were great, as were the butter and jam. In our room, we could not hear the other lodgers. The staff were easy to work with.

The shower was very weak in water volume. We had to hold down the toilet flush handle longer than normal for it to fully flush. The breakfast was disappointing, as the beans were out of a can, the toast was white and thin, the egg (and there is only one) was leathery. I realize this is not in your control, but the street is noisy, even late at night.

Room was clean and good size for family of four. Wide range of facilities and easy to book. Good location for exploring the Cornwall's south coast. Majority of the staff were very happy to help with any query. Parking on site, and easy access to room.

One night there was an event in the hall which meant loud music was heard up until midnight. Some activities (crazy golf) were an extra cost and expensive. Difficult to explore outside of the complex without a car.

Beautiful views from the bedroom and lounge windows. The cottage is very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Plenty of information provided about local amenities and tourist attractions. Friendly and welcoming host.

Everything! Gorgeous refurbished rooms! Beautifully decorated bed and bathroom. A real treat. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Sunday roast was delicious, as was breakfast.

There is no front desk, only a narrow hallway with a self-service check-in counter, and staff hidden around the corner, not a word of greeting, so you think you're alone with whatever nonsense the check-in screen may throw at you. The decor suggests a mix between hostel and brothel, and I felt embarrassed about the hotel I had picked for our group. It turned out though that the rooms looked better than the entrance area, for which I'm thankful.
