Instructions to access the penthouse apartment were sent before our stay. Everything was easy to understand and follow. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It is a few minutes walk to Windsor Castle and shops. Bus 703 from Heathrow let us off right in front of the apartment. We had a peaceful night's sleep.

I personally had trouble figuring out the shower. But I think that is common for non-UK residents!

What we liked the most about the property is the staff, the guy that did check in for us was so nice, answered all our questions and helped us in everything, He was Amazing and the location is perfect and comfortable room. We will stay again in this hotel in a future London Trip

An enjoyable stay at Lunar Ray. Having been to the Bockenfield site many times before, we are very familiar with the park and setup. The lodge is modern, nicely located, easily accessible and offers privacy whilst using the hot tub, and is equipped with good amenities.

we were somewhat disappointed with not being presented with a “welcome pack” upon arrival. Although far from essential, it is mentioned in the welcome instructions. Furthermore, although this did not discernibly deter our overall stay, there was quite a vast accumulation of dust and cobwebs amongst the wardrobes and light fittings - whilst this is inevitable in most homes or accommodations, it is something that can be generally easily managed and avoided and may be something to keep an eye on. With the hot tub, we experienced some issue with the blowers (the side near the control panel did not seem to be working effectively); this may also be something worthy to review and rectify, where possible for future reference.

Staff were amazing, rooms were clean and fully equipped and the breakfast was great. Really hard to find a fault. Would definitely stay again!

Having room with direct access to street was noisy and there was a green fire light near the door- kept us awake alot The room was for disabled access which meant the bathroom was not ideal - low small sink and whole room wet when you have a shower Also v pricey considering no breakfast

Rooms are jaded and external building refurb is happening - no views of London from my room on 7th floor whatsoever.
