The room was spacious and pretty clean, with very comfortable beds and quiet airconditioning. Outlets right next to beds, good WiFi. Location was good and felt safe, short walk from Canary Wharf station (Jubilee and Elizabeth) and right next to Blackwall station (DLR). Great for walks around Canary Wharf and Isle of Dogs aswell. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The bathroom could be a bit cleaner and we would also appreciate more wardrobe space (there was just a little nook with few hangers and one tiny shelf). Only problem was the housekeeper on the first day, she came at about 7:30 in the morning while we were still sleeping, but everything was resolved with staff quickly and we had no problems for the rest of our stay.

Our room was number 2 so had it's own private bathroom which was excellent. The room itself was a fair size and cleaned extremely well. We booked due to a concert at the CO-OP Live and it's location is great, either a straight 30min walk, or a 5min drive. This accommodation is excellent value with fantastic communication throughout

Clean, comfortable, with fabulous views over the water and hills. The property had everything we needed and the bottle of wine and biscuits were a lovely surprise. The property was well maintained and within a short distance of the village centre. We will definitely be back.

Reception area is actually much smaller than looks in the pictures. Staff at breakfast had no time to help, talk to you when asked something. They supposed sing happy birthday over chocolate fountain for my daughter, never did. Very disappointed, will never get over it. They have 2 venues at dinner, give you more expensive one so you order more expensive food. It's only when my daughter said she didn't like anything there they brought different menu. When I ordered soup for my main because I wasn't very hungry, waiter spoke to me like I am cheap. Restaurant experience was very sad, never will eat there again. Docklands is not pretty part of London but it was couple min away from metro.
