    It starts with a booking

    It starts with a booking

The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.

    Followed by a trip

When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

  • And finally, a review

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Great location with free onsite parking. Doors were closed on arrival but we were able to leave our car and take a walk, checking in on our return. Room was clean, quiet and bathroom had been refurbished. Host worked hard to provide customers with breakfast, on his own !. Good choice of cold and hot food.

The room was quite small but well equipped. We had everything what's needed. The bad was wide and comfortable. The bathroom was shared but we had no problem with availability. The location was perfect, close to the Euston bus and metro station, 20-25min walk to the centre of London what was really good.

      Good location.

The property is 'tired' & needs some attention!. The outside/entrance is scruffy and the small garden to the left is in need of attention!. I don't think the communal areas had seen any attention recently. A tour of the facilities revealed a kitchen that is untidy, with random bits of equipment (no PAT testing obvious!), a dirty/broken fridge (another appliance which I did not open, being unsure what I might find!). The cupboards revealed a selection of stuff/foodstuffs (eg, honey/spices) -presumably left by previous visitors- all of which were YEARS out of date!!!. This kitchen has seen no attention in a very long time!!!. I DID NOT USE this area or the dining room/lounge. My bedroom (single bed) was very small & (just) adequate. The sash window/sill is in very poor condition, not clean, glass not well fixed in places, and leaving any occupant of this room reluctant to try & open very far. Hot drinks tray with out-of-date biscuits (bb 23-03-24) and old milk!. I found sleep hampered by poorly fitting fitted sheet/duet cover + poor quality pillows. The room was not made up during my 3 night stay, and the place seemed to have cleaning materials all over the place expecting guests to do housekeeping it seems. The Warwick was not a pleasant experience, but with some much-needed attention.tlc could provide a nice offer!.
