  The hotel is close to the Tower Hill station. There is a Tesco Express supermarket which is open till quite late, which is close by. The staff are friendly and especially the concierge Bogdan is super helpful. The room is spacious and has all essentials. The breakfast options are quite extensive.

  The room is a bit dark in terms of lighting. There are some non-UK sockets in the room but a bit limited - it would have been good to have non-UK sockets close to the bed to enable charging. The shower is not too convenient and takes time to adjust. The lifts up and down, including to the conference rooms, are very slow and you have to wait for quite some time (so it might be better to factor that into consideration and get lower floor rooms).

  It was a fair enough night's stay. All that I needed was there. No breakfast provided which I expected so took my own. No staff on duty but a welcome sheet explained everything. The host kept in touch by text.
