The bed was good, and the tea and cookies are available Clean After unintentionally creating the pool, I asked the personnel to give us additional towels to cure the issue - the towels were given to us. The next day, the issue was partially solved - during showering, the shower was clogged, but not as much as to create a pool. So I believe the staff worked pretty well

When we came - there was nobody on the reception. It would be okay to stand there and wait. However, you're not permitted to enter the hotel itself - so at 5am, we were waiting for the personnel. Moreover, knowing that we are coming so late (communication through booking) and that we are not UK residents - the personnel decided that it would be good idea to put the number written by hand on the door. Nevertheless, we tried to call - with the code of the country and without. It was said that the number is not valid. Long story short, the personnel said that he was helping other guests all the time we were waiting outside. But I am not sure it was true. I want to mention that we were calling the phone number provided on booking - we heard the signal of calling as well as saw the light of the phone. But as there was nobody on the reception , there was no chance to be answered The room had a door-window that was impossible to open. So we had only one option to have additional air and regulate the temperature - air conditioning. The latter worked good. The shower was clogged - it was impossible to have a shower more than 2 min and not to create a pool there

Looks modern. Once figured out the keyless system was easy to navigate. Old building with lots of apartments within. Although not perfect, staff communication is over- bearing. However, it is still a reasonable accommodation option for visiting the area.

- staffs constant over communication, including asking for a 10 review score for cash. Ringing to enforce polices, several emails repeating the same things, not helpful all a bit ott. Many calls to make a 10 review, could mean some on here are fake. - £200 deposit- did get back but causes stress incase they didn't or blamed us for previous guests. - lift never worked as other guests never shut the door, if on 3rd floor that's alot of stairs. Small old service lift, 2 people max. wouldn't fit a wheelchair. Can't rely on the lift at this property. - modern decoration, generally OK but there were lots of minor details missing and on the surface looked clean just don't look too close. - narrow car park spaces (paid extra) - not walking distance from Blackpool town centre so taxi or tram.

The breakfast was lovely. There was a good Joyce of cereals and cooked breakfast and drinks. Dining room spacious and well set out. Very clean.

Room was very hot and noisy all night from a generator so we didnt sleep Either night and came home with civid and despite my group spending 2k we were not allowed to use the spar !
