It's was right near the high street. I got a free room upgrade from single I booked to a double because when I arrived it was literally the size of a cupboard and it was a shower above it. Essentially I had paid for a shelf in a cupboard, and not realise. The TV was also stolen when I arrived but the owner did upgrade my room free of charge due to this to a beautiful double bedroom and it was fresh, airy, TV was still there 🤣 and the owner was actually really lovely and accommodating

Climbing lots of stairs but that isn't the properties fault The room I originally booked was the single and it was essentially a cupboard with a shower in it, seating area was literally a kitchen chair 🤣 so I basically payed to sleep on a shelf in a cupboard with a tiny window and quite steep ladder. When I arrived the TV in my room was gone and there was actually a magazine left behind by the previous occupier called faith 🙈 but like I said the owner was understanding and very helpful and I got upgraded as I was specifically looking for a TV in my room while I stayed . If you want an adventure and have a sense of humour this single room is for you. It is also very hot in that room tho air flow was awful

Excellent breakfast served by friendly helpful staff. Good location, short walk to the harbor and Royal Yacht Britannia. good bus service into town and to the surrounding area.

Nothing really, It was all as expected. The room was slightly small but that was how it was advertised so that was fine.

The staff couldn't have been nicer. The restaurant served well prepared food in generous portions. It's a nice location outside of Keswick with lovely views.

The bedroom is advertised as 269 sq ft. but wasn't nearly that large. Still it's nicely decorated and recently renovated.

The bathroom was downstairs, and all bedrooms upstairs. This was not reflected on the description of the property. This can be an issue for someone with health issues
