Good directions for getting there. Ample parking. Often accommodation is too warm, Thirdpart farm was perfect with an easy to use heater if it had been needed. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.Plenty complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits. Thirdpart farm is in a quiet rural area yet only half an hour from Glasgow or Ayr. It is a big, old, spacious farm house with character. The hosts seemed to appear when I needed them and that was the only time I saw them. Great breakfast options.

I noticed some brown bits in the bottom of a glass as I was drinking water out of it. Looked like tobacco, it's the not knowing.

Enjoyable 3 night stay at this central London hotel, conveniently located for sightseeing, in a pleasant neighbourhood about a 7 minute walk from Pimlico Underground Station. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Single room was very small, but served by elevator, modernized, clean and quiet, with good internet and a comfortable bed. Lobby has guest seating with small bar. No restaurant on site, but two excellent eateries, Italian and French, just a short walk away.

Hotel’s breakfast would benefit from a wider selection of offerings.

Staff were wonderful and the breakfast excellent. Easy place to find and the gardens and communal spaces downstairss are spacious homely and airy. Beautiful stream on edge of the spacious car park. Very comfy mattress and room had plenty of clothes hangers, tea, coffee and toiletries.

Our bedroom was at the front so quite a lot of road noise. Room a little dated. Ensuite was on a cupboard, a little tired but just enough space. Extractor fan did not work.

The personal touches. I was feeling unwell so they put the central heating on. Only three rooms so quiet. Beautiful setting. Very helpful nothing too much trouble will be staying again
