I love everything, their Victorian vibes and style. The peaceful and nature surroundings. Their swimming pool and their meals. We love their dishes. 😃 This is our second time booking and we will still book more in the future. I'm also pleased that they surprised me with Birthday cake and balloons in my room. We keep the Elephant towel style from day 1 until we check out.

Minor comment on the shower as the water pressure is very low. It took me a while to complete my bath. It would be lovely if they fixed the flower bed especially its spring time. I was expecting a lot of flowers in the garden. Sadly, only few are blooming and the fountain area is dry.

I travelled on business and spent two nights in this hotel. It was a very good decision to stay there during my business trip. The room was clean, and there was a kettle and different kinds of tea in my room. It is a good place to stay in Market Harborough.

The Internet connection in my room was not optimal. I suppose it depends on how close your room is to the hotel router. Anyway: overall 9 stars

Nice building, nice location, comfortable room (the premium one: 52 sq m), clean, Kind and prompt staff in the restaurant/ Breakfast- Mrs Rodica, Elizabeta, Eufelia are nice and helpful🙂.

The staff in the Reception - at least 3 employees to whom I interacted. Not so kind, nor highly proffesional, not very helpful, and they would many times start their answers with “unfortunately not”, even in case of some basic simple situations. Not so fair price policy and a certain lack of transparency on pricing. Not really caring about all clients’ needs and not really asuming their staff’s affirmations. Not so flexible in general. Lack of more services of a 5 star hotel, f.i.minibar and certain other elements are missing. No windows for the premium rooms, impossibility to get fresh air in the room. Bathroom facilities are limited. Swimming pool is not really ok of from hygiene point of view, nor its decorations; Sauna is cold. Overall it is similar with 4-star hotels from other capitals in the world.

The property was in a fabulous location. The staff were lovely and helpful and everything had been thought about for our stay. Food great, rooms lovely, gorgeous garden.
