An experience like no other, an absolute masterclass in hospitality (and I have worked in hospitality for 15 years). My father and I were welcomed with open arms, like friends or family rather than paying guests. Everything is so relaxed and laid-back, you can't help but have a wonderful stay. We particularly enjoyed the cuddles with the doggies, while chatting to our passionate and enchanting hosts. The rooms are cosy, quiet and very comfortable. Beautiful location in the countryside, close to restaurants and shops. We can't stop talking about this place, it truly is extra-ordinary (especially in this age of key-boxes and contactless check-in). We are looking forward to coming back with family for many future visits.

Pub with BnB rooms recently under new management. The staff are fantastic, very passionate about their new business. Very helpful and friendly. Great location for Nantwich. The breakfast was amazing - so delicious!

The heat alarm went off at 7am. It was incredibly loud and continued for 20-30 minutes. The guest house management later followed up with a message explaining this was due to one of their heaters setting off one of their heat sensors in one of their other rooms, not a real emergency. I only received an apology for this after I privately messaged them expressing my disappointment. I was not able to get a full night's sleep, which, to me, is the most important part of staying somewhere overnight. Despite this being down to their equipment (not a true emergency), all I received from them was a goodwill gesture of 10% off my next stay, which I will not be using.

Caravan was not cleaned until 4.45 pm Cooker in the caravan did not work we had kids and one wurg a medical condition that required certain foods We reported the cooker every day and still at the end of our stay no one came to fix it
