The location is great as only 10mins walk to the Big Ben. We were upgraded at no extra charge to the family room with a River View which was fantastic gift and made such a difference. The view of Westminster, Big ben and Thames, night lights- the best of London in front of you through massive panoramic like glass wall window. Staff super friendly and helpful even at busiest times when many people checking-in simultaneously. It felt like up the class hotel in perfect location with extraordinary views both from the room, bar/breakfast area and other facilities. Were given free drink vouchers from the bar whilst waiting for a room to be ready (only because they kindly upgraded us for the river view).Amazing! Will go back again.

Some minor one about cleaning equipment left for long time in the corridor so as dishes/plates/trays not collected from the floor, but really nothing compared to fantastic experience.

Everything was great, but if you wanted a cooked breakfast that was an extra £3pp at the pub down the road. The continental breakfast was great and had everything you would expect.

The message when booking is you get the code 1 day before your trip, after emailing twice on the actual day to ask for the code nothing, was slightly worried has we had a 4 hr drive rang both contact numbers and finally got the code 3 hrs before due in caravan, once in contact was really good we ran out of gas on the 2nd night and it was changed within 2 hrs
