  The welcome received by Vijay in the concierge team was exceptional. All staff had a helpful and friendly approach. The cleanliness of the lobby areas as well as the room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. Temperature control in the room was easy to use and responsive according to your preference.

  The quality of the breakfast could have been better. The hot food was lukewarm for me and there wasn't an option for vegetarian sausages. Ok but other budget hotels have better hot breakfasts for less.

  The bed is quite high but it is very comfortable. There is a small refrigerator which is very nice.

  Staff service....no one around. Had to find someone to ask about an iron. Tv signal didnt work, had to put aerial practically out the window. Toilet roll fell off wall. Very tired, needs some TLC.
