Close proximity to public transport, shops, parks and museums. A mostly equipped small kitchen is available plus a shared laundry. Clean rooms and responsive staff members. Fully air-conditioned. Internet speed is great.

No rangehood or other forms of ventilation. No power outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer. No drying rack given there's no dishwasher.

Very large well equipped room with comfortable bed & pillows and excellent host who went out of his way to help me and even drove me to my daughters wedding as was running very late.

The Internet didn’t work, which made it very inconvenient as we were in a basement apartment with only one Axis key which made it very inconvenient as to connect with somebody in the apartment was very difficult as there is no phone reception or Internet working even when we had to call Uber we had to come outside and make telephone calls in this stage unreliable Internet is a reflection on poor facilities service

but I had to walk up and down the steep hill with my big suitcase from the station. If you have big luggage, you should stay near the station. Nothing was in the room, kettle, cups, etc. The tap water had something black like an insect, even I used cold water. I felt disgusted. The drain was not good enough. I found a long small insect in the room.
