The only way to leave a review is to first make a booking. That's how we know our reviews come from real guests who have stayed at the property.
2
When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more.

After their trip, guests tell us about their stay. We check for naughty words and verify the authenticity of all guest reviews before adding them to our site.

Got there very late, but the first member of staff I found dropped what she was doing and checked me in. All the staff I encountered at the Woburn are friendly, cheerful and efficient. Breakfast was included in the price and was cooked to a turn. Poached eggs were perfect and I would never have put sliced chilis with eggs and avocado but it works beautifully.

The apartment was very stylish and well equipped, if compact. Mark was an excellent host, communication with him was easy. Helpful restaurant recommendations

The space around the bed is very tight. The TV mounted against the wall opposite the bed is slightly blocking the way to and from the bathroom. However Mark made it clear on the booking form that the studio apartment is compact.

No Wi-Fi in the rooms? Seriously? It's 2024! I have been following the comments from other guests, and the management/owners have been promising to install Wi-Fi in the rooms since 2017. Still no WiFi - only in the common area in the lobby. Very poor. Also, not even a glass in my room. I had to rinse my mouth with the mug from the coffee set. Room was tiny. Single bed. Shower was clean but there was no rhyme or reason as to how to control the shower - I just kept turning the knobs until I got the right temperature for 30 seconds, before it got too hot or too cold again. My room was very run down. It's fine for a drink in the bar, or perhaps to eat there (although last orders are at 7:30pm!) but I was VERY disappointed with my stay there. Rooms need attention and overall, it just feels run down; dated.

When we arrived there was building work underway that put the entrance out of action for half our stay. We had to use a small side entrance through an alley. The main issue was the air conditioning. Even when off in our room, the hotel system “hummed” all night. It made sleep impossible. The hotel staff said they could move us, but it wouldn’t solve the noise. For a 2 night stay @ £257 per night, we left knackered with no sleep.
