This hotel was in a great location and the security meant there were lots of doors to go through. We booked two rooms and one had a full disabled bathroom which appeared to be the only room available. The rooms were spacious with cooking facilities. Reception was a small office on level 1 and the staff were very helpful.

The lighting was quite dull and the disabled bathroom while excellent for those with disabilities, was very stark and hospital like. We were only staying one night so that was OK.

Great location and perfect for going to see a concert at The 02. Rooms very clean, modern and comfortable for an overnight stay in London. Staff very friendly and welcoming.

Centrally located Free car park at the back for 24hrs! Comfy beds, clean hostel. Quiet Lockers and boxes under the bed to tidy things away.

The location of Brenchley was lovely. The little bull cafe a delight! The beds were very comfy too.

It was freezing cold when we arrived. We found windows left open and the radiators were turned off in bedrooms. There was a visible gap around the front door which made it rather draughty. The property was dated and things like drawers and utensils mismatched and some broken. The cover of the sofa bed was filthy. The roof over the kitchen leaked (dripping over the lights!) when it rained. Wallpaper was peeling off the bathroom walls. There was a construction site outside. The garden area was untidy.

Filthy and disgusting!!! No hot water in the place to have shower, Insects were found on the pillows and bugs in the drawers, where we also discovered uncleaned, rotten fruit. The door nearly caused injury when it fell on my son's head. Disturbing stains, including handprints on the walls and a sanitary pad in the wardrobe, further marred our experience. Additionally, the heating was non-functional, and the living room sofa was merely a piece of cloth draped over metal. Despite booking for two nights, we left after just one due to these unacceptable conditions. Moreover, the hotel refused to refund the payment for the second night we did not stay.
