Nothing! We were unable to access the property as it was a scam. The owners number was invalid and we were unable to find anyone at the property. Some had travelled by train and some by car for a weekend to see two gigs. We had luggage to drop so had to find alternative accommodation asap. We had to pay £300 for one night and £200 for the second. Including excess travel and parking costs I had to spend in excess of £600. I expect Booking.com to fully reimburse me and refund my booking costs also.

The hotel was right on the waterfront and we had ocean view rooms. It was walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants and good walking track for prams wheel chairs. We loved sitting on the veranda having coffee or drinks.The live music on the pier with food available was great.

The breakfast manager was grumpy but other staff were lovely. Parking was terrible and they sold us a parking ticket that we couldnt ever find anywhere to park.

Modern, clean and very close to Baker street station which made it incredibly convenient. Marylebone is my favorite place to stay at and this location couldn't be any better. Communication with host was very easy.

It was smaller than expected. Previously advertised to be larger but they corrected it later. However, it was too late. It was already booked. I would say this place is only comfortable for a single traveler. For two, it is quite cramped to move around in. I was also surprised the kitchen had absolutely no amenities such as coffee or tea. It has a nice Nespresso maker but too inconvenient for me to look for Nespresso pods. It also short circuited electricity 3 hours before check out. I hope they got it fixed.

The location was perfect, as well as the views from our room. Lovely bar and restaurant downstairs. Rooms were clean, and towels were changed each day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was basic and could do with a small refresh. There are only 2 plug sockets for a family room, which was a fight to charge bits up. Even though there is lots to choose from from the menu, the food was hit and miss, our party ordered 3 full English breakfasts, and all were different or had bits missing. But it was a very busy weekend with the festival.

Location good as close to M4 and had no issue with the staff. Good that it had free parking on site (though I think this has changed now).

The room was poor. It was not clean and was very used, old and in need of a refurb. We were very uncomfortable the whole time, the bed sank when we sat on it. Room needs attention. Had already booked to go back as was staying in the area again, and didn't return as felt so uncomfortable, needless to say we have not heard back from the property regarding a refund.

The phone in the room didn’t work nor did the air con which made it an uncomfortable night. The cooked breakfast was great but they ran out of croissants and pan au chocolates an hour and a half before service ended - good job we didn’t want one!

The room was extremely tired and dated although the bedding was clean. There was an awful lot of mould in and around the shower which was completely disgusting and unacceptable. I reported this to staff but they didn’t seem to be in the slightest bit concerned or apologetic.

Room dingy and bathroom very basic. May have been clean but didn’t give that impression. Old linoleum on floor dark old carpets on stairs and bedroom. Bathroom had basic soap dispenser.
