Location was perfect , staff very friendly and accomodating. Restaurant meals were great I had the lasagna, my wife had the beef curry and both meals were great. Room was a little small but understandable in an old Inn, though the bed was also small and the down side was the bed linen , not up to par with few stains on pillow cases and sheets. Though we would stay here again.

Kevin was very welcoming when we arrived. The bedroom and ensuite were immaculate and the location was lovely on the edge of town. Breakfast was spot on. Would happily stay here again if we come back to Stirling. Thank you.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They made me a special vegan meal of soft foods as I had just had my wisdom tooth out recently so thank you!

Would have preferred a room with a view as ours was looking straight at the side of another building. Other than that perfect!

Housekeeping did not replace used cups and saucers even though they topped up teas and coffees?...cigarette end on outside of bathroom window!...door from room to corridor let light in especially at the bottom...query is it meant to be a firedoor? If so it would fail badly. Only 10 parking spaces and no guarantee of a space even when you're charged on arrival for whole stay.

Bathroom was set up for a disabled person, raised toilet with handrail ,open shower with seat neither my wife or I are disabled and felt it should of been given to someone who could of benefited from them ,shower was poor lots of seats/ sofas in the corridor that looked as if they had been taken out of the rooms but not removed

The owner (Steve) was drunk, aggressive and swore at us repeatedly when asked for a vegetarian breakfast was told “we don’t do them here, you need meat in you” - 70s throwback Rooms very poorly decorated, beds uncomfortable, you can hear every word of conversation in adjacent rooms and hear street noises very clearly even with windows closed. Very poor, basic accommodation- outdated place, people and very poor customer service Avoid
