      It's a great location. Booked the family room that suited our purpose, and the children had a great time. Plenty to eat and choice for breakfast. All staff were helpful and made the stay easier with the local knowledge of best places to eat for children. Would recommend and will stay again next time we are in Leeds as a family or on business 👍.

      For a superior room it laked for example windows very poor no ventilation carpets in a state we have stayed here before but Badley needs attention in some things.we understand that talks are ongoing for refurbishment can't come to soon

      Extremely dated. Not value for money. Had to pay for all activities anyway so why was this dated basic hotel charging us so much the stay is beyond me. Plus check in at 4pm and check out at 10am what kind of scam is that. Bad and rude staff members. Zero attention to customer service for what is sold as a luxury stay.
