Thank you so much Chris & Melanie for a very enjoyable stay in a special property, No 16 Lytham. No 16 is in an ideal central location with essential private parking. If you re looking for a place to stay in Lytham, look no further. No16 is spotlessly clean & beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is incredible, the moment you step into the property you know that you re going to have a great experience. Chris and Melanie were warm and attentive. The hotel is very charming and the staff super friendly. Location was perfect, 2-minute walk from Haymarket train and tram station which convenient public transportation access to the rest of Edinburgh as well as the airport.

My complaints are rather minor but nonetheless: Bathroom door couldn't close properly. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was rather loud. The room used an old key instead of keycard access, a bit of a hassle when compared to keycards and automatically locking doors.

Location was good for us as we were going to a wedding nearby. Room was spacious, well equipped, comfortable and tea / coffee making facilities were plentiful

Property was clean, in a great location for our trip, the smart keys worked great snd meant there was no chance of losing a set of keys

There is only 1 sofa in the lounge, there wasn’t enough comfortable seating at night for watching TV. There weren’t enough large towels, we ended up buying towels from Primark There is only 1 large mirror in the en suite of the master bedroom, another large mirror elsewhere in the property would have helped whilst getting ready

I not like because I not feeling security. The 2 single bedroom door not close this door have access to all building
