Villa 9 was absolutely stunning, so cosy and had everything in there that we needed as a family of 4, my wife and children loved it. Was only a couple of minutes drive into Cromer and we had a nice walk along the hills down to the front that took about 20 minutes and the lighthouse was a bonus for my kids especially at night with the light on whilst we walked back.. The swimming pool was nice to use

Not a complaint about the accommodation as we was very happy,.the only thing we was surprised about was there was no coffee shop or bar/restaurant open during the day in the country club but that's not a big deal and no reflection on Villa 9 and the host

Very clean, loved the hot tub and the fact it was enclosed and not overlooked. Underfloor heating was lovely, enjoyed using the log burner and getting all cosy in front of the fire. Everything needed was provided for a really enjoyable stay and all the equipment needed to cook good meals. Located a nice easy walking distance to local village with pub.

As a nervous driver the drive upto the accommodation was a tad scary due to hillside but only because I'm a nervous driver, probably wouldn't bother a regular driver.

Such a beautiful house with rooms to match. The host Tom and Fran made sure we was looked after well and nothing was too much trouble. My daughter liked the flowers in the room. The cooked breakfast was 10 out of 10. The bed was lovely and we slept like logs

The location wasnt too far from M6. The modern looking radiators in the lounge...trying to give some positive before the negative

No mention of no towels provided until id sent a message asking how to get keys. One would assume linens would also mean towels. It does not. Not even a hand towel in the bathroom!! No hand soap in bathroom Upon arrival it was freezing and smells of damp. Tried to put heating on...could get hot water ..the heating didn't work. Called Rachel who came out about 10 mins or so later as she was nearby... allegedly called two plumbers who weren't available. She didnt know how to fix it. I ended up having to locate the pressure switch to increase the bar pressure myself whilst she climbed onto the counter tops flipping switches above the boiler. We finally got it on. Even with it on the place didn't get that warm nor did it retain any heat. Likely due to damp and exposed brick work. A fire is in the lounge..which did not work as she " didn't know where the remote control for it is " and " if we found it let her know" cue looking around behind sofas and in TV cupboard for the non existent remote to get some additional heat. Upon entering the property after picking up the keys from the wet dirty ground where they were left noticed a wall plaque thing was broken and hole punched in the lounge door. Was sure to point this out so we weren't blamed for this damage. The stairs are incredibly steep...the bannister to hold onto is coming off the wall in the middle and is frankly dangerous. The bedrooms stunk of damp...the cheapest thinnest sheets and duvet I've ever had the misfortune of looking at let alone sleeping in. They did not feel or smell clean...one set had a stain. Called and asked if the place had been cleaned due to this and was told " I didn't clean it Victoria or Veronica ( can't remember the name ) did and she'd have changed the sheets that will just be a makeup stain thats not come out...as if that's perfectly acceptable.

Great location, very quiet, good facilities. Sykes (owners) extremely helpful. Nice new easy to use kitchen appliances.

The appartment is a bit dark as most natural light through front facade. Both beds are doubles but both against a wall so one side has no bed side table of easy access/egress. Smaller bathroom shower tray slow drain and bathroom window sealed shut and fan not working.
