      Hobbit is a beautifully presented caravan on a quiet plot, Robert & Pippa were exceptional hosts greeting us on arrival and surprising us with a lovely basket of treats. The amenities within the caravan were of a high standard, the bed super comfy and the outer seating area was lovely and relaxing. There was an abundance of information on tourist attractions which was really helpful and games and DVDs for all ages. We will definitely return and recommend, you will not be disappointed.

      This property is perfect for a stay by the beach. It’s right on top of camber sands, in a great location. The facilities were perfect and it is equipped with everything you need. Exceptionally clean and we would recommend and definitely stay here again!

      Everything! A fabulous hotel in the centre of Grasmere. Spotlessly clean, excellant bathroom with lovely shower. Nice and quiet through the night too. Breakfast in the morning was one of the best we have ever had! Many thanks to all staff!

      Breakfast was very good, preferred plated service as plates were hot, unable to have hot plates on buffet style, also only scrambled egg on buffet .Good choice of items

      Very clean room in accommodation handy for the railway station and not far from the centre of the city.

      A slightly bigger bed would be more comfortable. Bathroom was very narrow - not really an issue for me but could be a problem for larger people!

      The room itself was good, comfy bed and we found it a bonus having a fridge

      The room was dirty, dirty floor, questionable marks on the toilet and bin and when I went to use the towel it was rolled up damp and not clean. There was no toilet paper, cups or glasses, it would have been good to mention that in the description so we were prepared.
