Brilliant chalet, Everything and more than you will need from a holiday home, Very spacious inside and exceptionally clean and comfortable, Could not fault, Also very peaceful location on site but only a short stroll to the beach and the family friendly pub not forgetting the many amusement arcades, fun fair and eating options , Kids loved it.

Lovely little cottage in a beautiful location. The locals are so friendly. Very comfy bed We went for breakfast at the cafe a couple of mins walk away and it was very nice and the lady that runs it was lovely! We visited Pistyll Rhaeadr, which was only a 12min drive away. Sarah has brilliant communication. Would definitely recommend

We are both quite tall so the stairs were a bit tricky but nothing that would put us off staying again if in the area

Mayberry lodge was immaculately clean, had everything you could want, warm greeting on arrival. Very close to the sea and pubs/restaurants.

You can’t open a window, if you take a shower the water runs out of the bathroom. Our kids had complimentary water we didn’t so we couldn’t make coffee in the morning. He rooms don’t look clean.

The dining room were unaware we had booked breakfast when we checked in on arrival the previous day. The kind gentleman in the dining room got it sorted and explained they had not received a note from reception. The heating in the hotel was so warm, it could have been turned down a bit. The hotel is extremely dated, only one socket in the room, there are no bottles of water provided in the room, we don't all drink tea or coffee. There was no one on reception or in the bar area or dining room to help with check in despite it being just past noon, had to wait about 10 minutes before someone appeared. We do know check in is 3pm but we just wanted to leave our overnight bag, thankfully the room was ready...there should be staff at reception at all times. Despite this we would stay again. Our room had a stunning Loch view.

Location good for exploring area.

Village pub for elite clients, House facilities poor, oven took ages to heat up, washing machine cycle nearly 2 hours. Lounge furniture uncomfortable, plates, pots and pans dirty on arrival. Only offered 1 linen change in one months stay. House freezing on arrival. Tiny outside courtyard, front garden overgrown.
