Very nice hotel. It had all you might need, including fridge, kettle, little snacks, a good TV, lovely staff. The room was comfortable and clean.

We had a bit of a faff with getting proof of my identity to get in the property and I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to get in , but after it was sorted it was ok.

Bar was rarely attended and the wait to get served was frustrating, accept for one young lady but I forget her name, breakfast was good but again had to wait for breakfast items to come out by this time the test of your breakfast was now cold.

There was a lot of confusion in taking payment, and I ended up paying twice for my stay, for which I have yet to be reimbursed despite promises from the staff to resolve this. The staff, on my visit of the 14 April, were very confused and did not know how to reimburse me for the double charging, and I am still awaiting reimbursement. Please advise how I can resolve this unacceptable situation Andrew Pantelli
