The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We really loved the pool area which was well maintained with plenty of sun beds and a beautiful setting by the river. The staff were wonderful; extremely friendly and very helpful. We booked a sunset river tour through the hotel which was excellent and were dropped off at the night market for food. They also arranged a transfer back to Bangkok too. The hotel is a short tuk tuk or taxi ride to the main sights and we liked the fact it was tucked away in a lovely quiet area surrounded by well maintained gardens and a lovely lake. Would definitely stay here again!”

      Overall good experience. Nice location with sufficient parking. Close to the main road, but it is situated is such a way that it is not disturbing. If you sit on the terrace in the sun, you hardly see the passing traffic as the hotel parking which you overlook is above street level. Through the tunnel you can reach Loch Lomond and the cycling / walking path. The Inn offers a good variety of food and drinks, and it is all very tasteful. We really liked the good restaurant so we did not have to go out for dinner. If you do want to go out, realize you will need to use you car. We can recommend breakfast and diner, we did not have lunch. Do make sure you make a timely reservation for diner. Even just for 2 persons. The restaurant is popular. Room was spacious and cool.

      We felt that the restaurant was understaffed for dinner, which led to some delays. There may also be some room for improvement in the efficiency of team work. Nevertheless, overall it was not concerning. We got everything we ordered and within very reasonable time. For housekeeping The Inn uses a system where a guest needs to opt-in. You need to put a sign on your door to have your room cleaned. From a hospitality point of view I would offer opt-out instead as we have had at other locations. Either offering needs to be properly communicated to the guests. If you, as a hotel, choose for opt-in requiring your guests to put a sign on the door, you will need to make sure you explain that when guests check-in and you need to make sure every room has such a sign. We were not told (and after the first night room was cleaned) and when we raised this during our second full day, we did not receive the professional answer from the blond receptionist a guest may expect. That truly left a negative impression.

      Perfect apartment & wonderful view of the sun setting over the sea from the balcony 😍 Lovey walks with stunning views not far from the apartment, as well as a lovely walk over the beach to the beach bar, which was fab! We absolutely loved our stay & will 100% book again

      Central location. Host came to meet and greet and was really helpful with any issues, was prompt in replying. Good Chinese takeaway down stairs and no noise pollution.
