The staff are excellent - from the warm greeting to the efficient, friendly bar and restaurant staff. The refurbished bar and lounge area, restaurant and outside seating areas are very comfortable and relaxing. Evening meal and snack lunch all delicious with generous portions.

Nothing really but if I’m being “picky” I would say the bathroom is outdated, as is the furniture in the bedroom ….. however, the room was perfectly clean, comfortable and functional. The shower is over the bath with a curtain rather than a walk in which would be preferable.

Paloma and the team were great making sure that everything was ready for the stay, great communication throughout. The property was fantastic and absolutely gorgeous, perfect for my family to stay for the night in a fabulous location, close to transport links.

The staff were nice enough, breakfast was good, the dining area was lovely – beautiful views of the bay. The best thing about the room I stayed in was the bathroom which was clean and well finished – I did consider sleeping in there instead of in the bed.

I was given a poor room – tiny, the bed was not comfortable – the room was tired, and dated looking, although decorated to a decent standard and clean. I was disappointed that because perhaps I had only booked for one day – I was given below par room – £109 for one night would’ve got me a far nicer room elsewhere. The room had a nineteen70s/80s hairdryer, and only two plug sockets that I could find - one of which the TV was plugged into – the room was not ample to get my computer plugged in and do any work – also the Internet was poor.

Excellent location, easy parking, clean and tidy. Free bottled water, tea coffee, buscuits and toiletries in room. Great matching bed linen and two towels each per person upon arrival. Faultless.

Location was amazing and the room decorated beautifully. Food was phenomenal!!! We ate at The Fig 4/5 of our weekend meals! Still thinking about the goat cheese & fig salad…

The property was not the same as the pictures I saw when making the booking, there was weird smell and it the flat was not very clean. There was a hair in the bed and wet washing left in the washing machine.
