  The Lodge is decorated to a high standard and is good for what we needed it for. There was tea and milk in the property when we arrived the kitchen is well equipped and the living room was comfortable. There is a TV DVD player with a selections of films along with access to Amazon and Netflix on the TV. There is a good internet connection in the lodge. Over all a very well put together property suitable for a small family or friends together like us. In a good location for getting to local attractions. Also a very nice pub in Paxton which you could walk to. The host Lucy was very helpful and easily contacted. I would defiantly use this place again.

  A very comfortable house in the centre of town. Well equipped and very clean. The house has one bathroom and 2 additional toilets and the layout was ideal for our family group of 2 children, parents and grandparents. The town centre with multiple shops and eateries was within a couple of minutes walk Highly recommended.

  The parking space was a bit tight for our vehicle, but it was very easy to park in the free spaces of the public carpark.

  The hotel was in a remote location and dinner our first night was cancelled with only 24 hours email notice. Disappointingly the hotel chef was unable to accommodate our vegan diet and could not make us dinner on the second night.
