The property looked just as good as the photographs and we loved the modern Zakopane-style interiors. A bonus was the Tatra mountains view from the mezzanine window! Everything was clean, modern, and felt safe. The host video-called us to guide us to the accomodation parking, as the road was closed due to upgrades, this was very kind. Although, it would have been useful to know about this detour in the pre-arrival message exchange beforehand.”

  The staff are fantastic from reception to restaurant and maintenance and room service: The Breakfast was plentiful with traditional English breakfast and continental options . The meals in the bar and restaurant were of good quality. The room was fantastic big screen Tv large bed and walk in shower and bath

  We wasn’t told that the pool sauna and spa would be closed all of the days we were staying which was very disappointing. And detracted from our stay and overall score for the hotel

  The location was perfect for us, - a short stroll to the bus/tube/restaurants. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Above a small cafe/bakery which was great for grabbing breakfast/coffee etc.

  The crockery and cutlery could have been slightly more plentiful, but a small gripe. The recycling in the area wasn't really communicated. Had to ask for the wifi code, but once received it worked well.

  We stayed here to attend a concert at the OVO arena and the location is fantastic. It's a short walk from the venue and there were plenty of options for eating out etc around it.

  Great shower, comfy bed (not too soft), lovely views from the lodge garden which is accessible to everyone. Kettle, tea & coffee in hut. Friendly welcome.

  The front doors on the huts. Impossible to close them quietly so it’s too bad when people come in late - you will be woken up unless you’re a very sound sleeper.

  Whilst the property is quite nice, it needs some TLC. Missing smoke alarm, paintwork in need of recoat, very limited cooking facilities and lack of pillows. One per person? The description suggests ample parking is available, but it is hit and miss as most parking is filled up by workers during the day.

  The only problem was the lift to our mezzanine floor was not always working, partner who is disabled had occasionally walk down or up the stairs with his crutches, I did mention it to the receptionist she said were having trouble with that lift I will get maintenance on to it.
