In the city centre, a nice terrace and the beds were comfortable. It would suit large groups of people wanting to party. Large Tesco opposite

Plastic cups, it would have been useful to have cups for hot beverages. There were ants all over the kitchen area, and the sink needed a good clean, luckily there is a Tesco over the road to purchase cleaning equipment

The bed was rock hard, and the window blind still let in far too much light, with the bed under the window and the 4AM morning light made it impossible to sleep.

The shower wasn't working on the day of departure. When staff were informed. they said nothing could be done.That was that! We had to book breakfast at a specific time due to volume of guests but the hot water for tea ran out and was not replaced and the same thing happened with the coffee. Some of the staff need to understand what hospitality means. I was told that no food could be consumed outside, despite the warm weather and then another member of staff said we could eat outside. The first member of staff was quite rude stating that he had not given permission to eat outside and I had to tell him that his colleague had said it was fine to do so.
