Having a whole ground floor to use and garden to sit in was an unexpected pleasure. We really felt at home staying with Jayne and will come again. Lovely fresh linen and towels and a good continental breakfast too. There was a choice of toast, croissants, cheese and cold meats and cereal with fruit juice and tea or coffee laid out for us help ourselves .

We were blessed with great weather so ate outside but a small bistro table could be a bonus in poor weather.

The location is good, and there are two subway stations to go anywhere you want to go. The house is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. There is also an outlet shopping mall nearby, which can be reached in ten minutes on foot.

Some supplies were not prepared, for example, there was no hand soap, and there was not enough dishwashing detergent and sugar.

Excellent location and easy to find. The flat was lovely inside and had lots of facilities, it was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise.

The automatic lighting in the hallway was a problem during the night if someone went to the bathroom as it was suddenly very bright and woke you up. Otherwise we had a lovely stay and would stay again

Something could be done to improve the service, the bathroom is clean but maintenance has to be done. The receptionist were nice and kind but their communication skills should be improved.

We were told we would receive a text on the day with key codes this did not happen. You have to ring the telephone number to be given code to enter building and what room you are in so the information provided when you first book is misleading and there is no reception desk. This spoilt the start of the stay and foreign people were struggling with lack of correct infomation and we helped them.
