Fantastic location (as long we you don't have to park there). It was perfect for exploring the city and for eating out, but also coming back to deposit purchases/have a cup of tea/change. Very comfortable rooms. The staff were great. You could fully open the windows, allowing us to actually control the temperature/air flow. Although the rooms are modern, the entrance hall and communal areas were wonderful.

The radiator was stuck on full, but the staff fixed it as soon as we said there was a problem. Didn't find out the number of parking spaces was limited and first come, first served, until a few days before. We made alternative arrangements to remove the stress, although it may have been fine.

Clean, large bedroom so we as a family with two younger boys 5 and 7) slept in one and their gran in other room- beds were comfortable. Tv and living room adequate, facilities fine. Coffe/tea and other things included as well as shampoo/shower gel, bin bags, Washing stuff. Location good - 10-15 min walk to sealife, as well as pubs/restaurants close by

Entrance to rear parking was tight -we had 5 series which got through few inches on each side with mirrors popped down. Ok as can’t be avoided, car park behind highly secure with button fob gate which is good.

Location excellent. Nice and quiet comfortable room so great pre flight sleep. Good breakfast and nice bar menu, especially liked the free cocktail! Loved the decoration and ambience of the hotel.

Mould in the shower which made the place smell. The linen did not look clean. Towels were very small. Walls so thin we could hear other guests talking and snoring throughout the night. Owners said there was no toaster available due to safety reasons.

Run down, booked a family room given two separate rooms which split the family up, no TV remotes to either tv in each room, forced to rush to the hotel to check in giving a deadline of 9:30 even though he told us earlier can check in up to 10pm! Hotel host rude with zero customer service skills
