Such a beautiful spacious, clean and comfortable holiday home. We loved everything about staying here and were so sad to leave. We would absolutely stay here again. Such a nice location close to rainbow park, the beach and within walking distance of most things. You have to bring your own bedding and towels, but this was made very clear once we had booked. Communication with the booking agent was amazing. Everything went easily and smoothly. I cannot fault this place at all. It was just wonderful.

Fabulous location and Helen met us and showed us everything in the apartment. She was a lovely lady and had provided eggs, bread , milk, tea coffee which was a generous touch and a huge bonus as we had travelled a fair distance so the kettle was straight on! The apartment was clean and comfortable , plus the parking was a bonus although it was a little way from the accommodation Helen showed us where to park and it was easy to find! We would definitely stay again. Thank you Helen!

Hotel has been, recently, refurbished. Very tasteful decor. Very central location. The car park exit allows easy access to all amenities in the town centre. Check in was easy. All the staff are so friendly, especially Beasley, who is so welcoming. Room facilities were excellent. Also, exceptionally clean.

Love that the hotel is sitting on the water front. Very relaxing to be seated at its patio and watch rowers in the river and passersby on the footpath below the patio going about their own business. I was able to get Full English Breakfast served to my table instead of having buffet breakfast only.

We travelled for a family funeral and was very difficult time. It was a perfect setting for us to sit around later on that evening. I’m just chat about all times and memories and make some new family memories of our own. Would book with them again

We Loved the property the only issue we had is the TV in our room was around the corner so you could not lie in bed watching tv you had to sit in the chairs and our lives are very hectic that staying away is the only time we get to relax in bed and watch tv but it didn’t ruin our stay and wasn’t enough to complain we didn’t mention it while we was there

The location was really good, and the apartment was nice.

The fact that we were given the wrong address, and information, ended up in a completely different property, found it hard to contact the team to advise them, and the fact the original information stated we would have a permit to park, then as this was incorrect, we spent most our afternoon trying to find the right property and also we parked no where near the property due to incorrect information and paid for parking. The customer service side was poor and the miscommunication and incorrect information didn't get us off to a good start, and they were not very sympathetic giving that they were in the wrong. Also the apartment we ended up in which was the one booked didn't have any cutlery which was weird as we had everything else in the kitchen.
