- “We highly recommend this place, everything was perfect and we want to come again. The host is very helpful and friendly! The apartment is beautifully renovated and really clean. Everything you need can be found in the apartment, for example laundry detergent, beach towels, a parasol and a shopping bag. The location by the sea is the best and there are also showers and toilets on the beaches. There are two bakeries and several restaurants opposite the apartment, or you can also cook your own food. There are grocery stores and, for example, Polygon and CAP 3000 shopping centers nearby. It is easy and comfortable to vacation in this place!”

  Everything! From easy pick up of keys and friendly helpfulness of reception staff to comfortable bed and all possible facilities I needed during my stay. The location is amazing and provides easy access to so many things in Central London. Also close proximity to major transport hubs.

  Not a lot.....maybe if there were a lift in the building, it would have been more than perfect....but I can see it would be difficult to install a lift in that type of building.

  Big room, large comfy bed and huge shower. Booked this hotel because we were going to a concert at the O2 Victoria warehouse and it was a couple of minutes walk away so an excellent location for that.

  Absolutely no food available either at the hotel or surrounding area when we came out of concert. Even though a leaflet in the room said there was a 24 hour limited menu available when we rang room service at about 11pm they said the kitchen was closed and nothing available. I think a hotel of this calibre should be able to provide a selection of food and drink at 11pm on a Saturday night so was extremely disappointed with this aspect of the hotel.

  Location is good, close to the water front and very close (walking distance) to the coach station. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. Room was fine, clean and comfortable. 11am check out is good.

  No laundry facilities but pretty close to a laundromat. No breakfast available but not a big deal. Bit expensive but mine was a late booking.

  Very basic. Looks like ikea showroom with less aesthetics. No instructions on how to use heating. Beds were very uncomfortable. Not value for money. Very far from all spots on isle of skye so will suggest to stay in Portree.
