The kitchen was good equipped, there were cornflakes and milk for breakfast. The owner was really friendly, lend us some uk to eu power adapters and let us check out later on our departure day. The location is good. The trainstaion and busses are close by, easy to reach from the airport.

The bed was squeaky and the sleeping couch was very uncomfortable. A better sleeping couch would be great or if the little 3rd room was equipped with a single bed. Then the apartment would be better suited for a stay for 2 friends or a small family. My friend on the couch also thought the road was a little bit loud.

The space is fantastic, comfortable and homely with everything you need for a few days away. Location is good too, 5-10 mins walk to the beach and 30 mins into Brighton centre/The Lanes. Free and safe parking a huge bonus too. Luke was great if anything needed/queried.

The hotel has a modern interior, great, clean comfortable room. I chose a room with a balcony which had beautiful views over the golfing green. I didn't have time for breakfast as I was due on a training course nearby.

The exterior of the hotel does look like an office building but it didn't bother me at all, just maybe a little harder to find if you don't know what to look for.

The Room was hot and stuffy - there is a electric fan in the room and you can open the windows but it really does need air conditioning.

The breakfast. As a vegetarian the breakfast was not great. The cooked tomatoes and hash browns were cold . No veggie sausage

Food was horrendous. Hot breakfast buffet was in the main cold. Bacon had clearly been cooked the night before. Sausages were not cooked. Beans were cold.
