- “We highly recommend this place, everything was perfect and we want to come again. The host is very helpful and friendly! The apartment is beautifully renovated and really clean. Everything you need can be found in the apartment, for example laundry detergent, beach towels, a parasol and a shopping bag. The location by the sea is the best and there are also showers and toilets on the beaches. There are two bakeries and several restaurants opposite the apartment, or you can also cook your own food. There are grocery stores and, for example, Polygon and CAP 3000 shopping centers nearby. It is easy and comfortable to vacation in this place!”

  We were met by Leda at reception who was very friendly and pleasant. She asked the nature of our visit and we explained it was my Partners Birthday. we then went out for lunch as our room was not ready as we arrived early. On our return we checked into our room and found a bottle of Preseco in our room, a lovely birthday card and a lovely personal message written on the mirror in lipstick. This was such a lovely touch and my partner was blown away by Leda's amazing customer service to such an extent it brought a tear to her eye. Leda is a true asset to the hotel and is the reason our stay at the Holiday Inn will forever be memorable. The hotel itself was well located and the room pleasant. Our only complaint was the AC was working in heat mode only with no cooling function.

  The room was pristine, spacious (not just for London, but anywhere!), tastefully decorated and very comfortable bed. Location is great - 10 minutes from Farringdon station, 30 minutes walk or a short bus/cab ride to theatreland. The pub itself is excellent, clean, beautifully decorated, has a good menu of well presented food and the staff are great. Definitely coming back. Many cuts above your normal London stay.

  The stairs are not for the faint-hearted and there's no lift, so not appropriate if you have mobility issues. We were on the top floor, but it was worth the climb!
