  Fantastic location with the harbour view from lounge window plus the steam train right outside!!!!!! If you love steam trains you'll love this!!!! Shops are easy access and plenty of places to eat outside if one wishes to treat themselves!

  Overall very good - apart from some minor comments left with the very attentive host it’s however probably not appropriate and misleading to call it a beach property as it’s 1.6km to portobello beach and no view of a beach? This was no problem for us as we spent most time in Edinburgh.
