The staff are always polite and go above and beyond to assist with anything. We've been coming to The Mill a couple of times a year for a while now. Tea & coffee facilities in your room, hairdryer & shower gels all provided. The food is great in the restaurant, and the buffet breakfast is wonderful with plenty of choice from cereal, fruit, yoghurt, or crossaints to a full cooked breakfast. The spa, pool & gym facilities are fab and the staff are professional. The spa treatments are so relaxing. Location is near to the city centre, train and bus stations (5min walk to any)

My disability email request was not taken into account. I requested a shower Not a bath and explained i can manage 1 flight of stairs if needed. The lift then broke on our leaving day,we were on the 3rd floor and had to ask for help with our luggage and my wheelchair. (The manager was amazing in assisting us). BUT would have been easier from 1 floor not 3 floors up.

The room was clean, beds comfy. We had an evening meal, food was very tasty, served hot. Good menu selection. Breakfast also had a good selection. Location and view were amazing. Staff are very friendly. Would recommend 👌

The house is spotless and the location is amazing, right near a great selection of bars, the wall and free Derry corner. The pool table is a great plus too. We loved the bedrooms also. The house is deceptively big

There was an issue with the pool table when we first arrived but it was resolved. It appeared to be a battery issue. It was a shame because one of the main reasons we booked the house was for the pool table. But as I said it was resolved on the second day, and we were happy. Also, there was building work happening in the house next door and the noise started at 8:15 each morning which was not pleasant, but can’t be helped.

We encountered numerous stray hairs in our bed and bathroom, which were definitely not ours and quite frankly, repulsive. It was evident that the room hadn't been properly cleaned. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the replacement sheets they provided still had hairs on them. I even plucked a hair from the sheet right in front of them to illustrate the issue, but they insisted the sheets were clean as they had just been laundered. Clean sheets should not be adorned with other people's hair. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was severely lacking, and I was deeply disappointed that we weren't provided with another set of properly cleaned sheets. Furthermore, when we requested some form of compensation for the unacceptable state of the room, all we received was a contact card and nothing more. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable. I was thoroughly disappointed and honestly quite surprised to find such subpar conditions in what was supposed to be a four-star hotel. Not only was the customer service severely lacking, but the room itself was disgustingly dirty, and to top it off, the bed was uncomfortably small. I'm of average height, yet I found myself too tall for the bed, which was rather unexpected and added to the overall dissatisfaction with the experience.

To far from airport. Was walking on crutches and had to walk across bridge/walkway because taxi wouldn't take me to hotel. Taxi at end of walkway was happy to take me to hotel. So next time I will book a hotel nearer to the airport.
