Initial communication was excellent, key collection was exactly as described, we were able to park off road about a 10 minute walk away courtesy of a friend of the host. This was an absolute god send, as I think we would have been in trouble without that facility. The cottage was roomy for two people, comfy sofas, good kitchen to work in, good shower. The wifi supported Zoom calls (I had to work). The location was quiet except for a babbling stream running behind the property and plenty of chirpy birds, which we liked and appreciated. Very easy to walk down in to Lyme Regis.

It wasn't as obvious to us as it might have been where Lymbrook Cottages were on Jericho Street. We might have been a little inobservant, but also, more explicit instructions would have helped. A short way down Jericho, there is a door marked "Lymbrook Cottages" to your right, and when you go through that, then there's the shared lawn and cottage fronts as in the photos. Absolutely do not take your car any further than the mouth of Jericho Street! Be prepared for steep hills. Although walking down in to Lyme Regis was fairly easy, walking up to where the car was parked was a steep hike.

The room was nice and had a nice view of the park. Fresh towels were provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The beds were very comfy and the curtains blocked out the outside lights ensuring a good nights sleep. A cooked breakfast was provided which was very nice.

Food was excellent, we had breakfast and dinner , both were very well presented , very tasty and always served with a smile. My wife has special dietary requirements, these were all catered for which is a big plus .

The only thing was that there was no gluten free ales or lagers from the bar. All other drinks were served. I did recommend some gluten free drinks which were noted by the bar staff.

Great location, beautiful cottage. Much bigger than it looked in pictures. Comfortable and well equipped, good kitchen. Clean and very quiet, only a few minutes walk from the main street.

I don't think this is the host fault, but the postcode provided brought me to a different house! I think this may be a Google Maps problem, though. Look up 'Glenmore' to get the correct location on maps

complimentary drink was a nice touch. The bed was quite comfy.

Broken sink needs replacing, I think the vacuum cleaner must be broken as the dust on the carpets was visible...
