From check in to check out the staff were exceptional, kind helpful and very friendly. Rooms very nice, clean and well equipped. Love the glass bottled water🙂now breakfast was another level absolutely gorgeous, never been offered full English or double included in price, compliments to the 👩🍳. Bar food equally as good. Views from rooms to die for overlooking the Solent. Will definitely be back

The apartment was immaculate. The staff were amazing. There was no cleaning service on weekends but they made sure to collect the garbage amd bring fresh towels.

The corridors and room decor needed a big revamp. Our bedroom was nice but rough around the edges with cracked walls, toilet lid and flush not fully working, and popcorn on the floor from previous guests. The food was very average to poor and expensive for what you got. For example the side of green which cost £4.95 was over Boiled soggy broccoli and peas with no seasoning. At that price I'd expect more types of greens that had been cooked with some care and flavour. Everything we ate (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner) we could cook better at home. The location is on a busy main road and junction in an ugly 1960s block.

Parking was rather small so if we stayed as a room was leaving we were disturbed to get up and move our car out . Only happened one night was good. Was informed if a guest was due to check out we had to move the car but we had to ask the owner which was a hassle
