Stayed for one night, straight forward process for accessing keys and entry to the building.We were met by a very friendly and helpful gentleman as we were entering the room who couldn't do enough for us and made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable but could do with a table on both sides not just one side. Altogether a pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying against when visiting Sheffield.

We stayed for 3 nights and holiday home had everything we need. The host had left cookies and apple juice which was a lovely touch. Was in a quiet location within the park. Communication with host was great. Would recommend for short or long stay.

The shower screen door hadn't been cleaned. There was a used soap in the shower soap holder Brown splash marks on back of bathroom door (reported to reception on leaving) Expensive prices in the bar

The owners don’t actually care about the place . When I stayed , they had 11 staff when the new owners took over now down to 4 .. the two people who run it are a credit but the owners above them don’t care and just want turn over .. profit before anything else .. spoke to other guests and lot more stories of dirty sheets , no toilet roll etc …my room had no electricity when I arrived so 8.30pm apart from main light . All other rooms are dirty and they couldn’t find the fuse box’s to see if the switch has tripped ?

Seems like parking is an issue here, we booked apt with parking, but apparently other people in the building use the apartments spot… kind of a problem since choosing a place with parking and not getting one in the end is not a minor inconvenience. There are parking garages sorta nearby, host paid for our parking bills. Parking on garages seemed cheap, might have been better off picking a better located spot with a cheap garage nearby
