Was offered a hot croissant and coffee brought by a lovely, friendly staff member. Good selection of cereals, fresh fruit and bread/ pancakes that could be used to make toast with a good selection of spreads. No cooked breakfast if you prefer that - but I don't eat a cooked breakfast anyway.

Individual pods have everything you need. Good location for getting about. Shared facilities were kept very clean and drying room very useful for wet weather.

Beds are not the most comfortable. Very basic mattress. Could do with extending paving to last pod. As gravel noisy with campers walking past late at night.

The staff were all very polite and helpful and the location was amazing. The breakfast was plentiful and well stocked.

The triple room was quite small but similar to all London hotel rooms in this class.

Check in system (lady was not helpful). 20 minutes wait for 2 cocktails. Dinner room was like a playground with kids running about with balloons. My husbands meal was good, mine was not. Sauces out a carton the mushroom starter sauce was the same as the chicken sauce, bland. Never checked on, no desserts offered. I would definitely stay in the hotel again however never eat their again.

We felt we were crammed into a misshapen box room. We could hear people in room above us walking around and creaking boards until very late at night. This theme was continued when we sat in the dining room as could hear clattering above us through thin ceiling whilst eating breakfast . We get that everything was budget economy driven which at £154 a night shouldn’t be. Breakfast was from 7.30 am buffet style. We sat down to breakfast at 7.40 am. The bacon was thin and dried out and inedible. The fried eggs cold. Economy budget sausages.there was Scottish reel music continuously playing in background which was irritating 😠 but no Scottish theme to breakfast. Eg haggis lorne sausage black pudding. Would not stay again nor recommend. Perhaps £80 a night but not £154
