The place was perfectly adequate for our needs, we came from Cornwall to go to Alton towers for the weekend so didn't need a lot from the property, just a bed! i liked the locations and the size of the property, plenty of room for everyone.

The only thing that needs addressing is the sofa beds, both very very uncomfortable. both kids couldn't sleep due to this. Other than that it was basic but fitted our needs for the price.

Stayed here 3 times in the last 9 months. Can't fault it. Location wise, tram links in to Manchester or less than £10 in a taxi. There are plenty of food and drink options in the area. There's no need to go into Manchester, really.

Great location, only thing that bother me was noise from the nightlife, woke up in the night. But good location, nice staff but the breakfast could have little more variety and diversity in toppings on bread and fruits

The location is perfect, it couldn't be better! Just round the corner from Oxford Street. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Nice room! highly recommend :)

Parking was a joke, beware paying more than cost of your room. The hotel on booking provided an online car parking service to use which I did then use to pre-pay. On arrival at the hotel (and subsequently over the phone) I enquired with reception if I needed to check in the car despite your licence plate being scanned on entry and pre-registered on the website, I was told NO you didn’t on both occasions. I was however was served a PCN fine by post for the stay despite being parked within my booked hours. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances I didn’t pick up the letter till just after the 2 week “appeal” window and was being charged £100. The company Parkmaven who operate the car park beyond the 2 week window provide no phone number or email address, attempting to stonewall you into paying. I wrote to their head office (with proof of delivery) and with proof of the legitimate stay and received no answer but for a dept collection demand for £170 just over a week later. All I can say is beware parking at this hotel, ignore what the staff tell you and make sure you’ve ticked all your boxes and registered the cars stay.
