  The continental breakfast was ample & took the stress away of having to bring stuff with you or go out and purchase items upon arrival. The location was perfect for us & the host was welcoming & helpful. The accommodation was spacious & modern with lots of nice little touches such as the plants & the luxurious bathrobes. All in all this was a little gem & I would recommend Spring Cottage to anyone.

  With the exception of a few hooks on the bathroom door there wasn’t anywhere to hang your clothes & coats etc. The adjoining court yard would benefit from some restoration but it’s evident lots of upgrading on the cottage & adjoining Hall has already taken place to an excellent standard.

  Excellent location in the town. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Jill the owner. Delicious breakfast.

  Only that we couldn’t have our evening meal here as due to staff shortages the hotel weren’t doing them on Mondays to Wednesdays. This is hopefully going to be resolved in the near future.
