Location is super central. The rooms are modern and on a night there is a doorman making sure no one comes in that shouldn’t.

If your a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend the hotel as it is right outside the rowdy pubs open til early hours however this didn’t effect me as I managed to sleep fine.

The view was fabulous, the hotel's location is perfectly placed for the Loch Lomond experience.

The hotel has definitely lost something since lockdown. Breakfast is more or less a "Premier Inn" experience, not the 4* service I expected, dinner the same - no white linen or attention to detail. On check out they tried to charge me double for a dinner we had in the hotel one evening. Apparently someone else sat at our table once we vacated it and their bill was added to mine - not a mistake that should have been made, given I signed the chit once we had finished dining.

The hot tub in the bathroom is great but not practical for a quick shower as you need to climb over to get in

Booked this property for a group stay in London for a concert due to the location close to the o2. Early check in was needed and approved, on the day of arrival I messaged the property (good luck I did) to then be whatsapped by a different number with photos/videos of a different property due to our booked property having electric issues, the new property was very far away for where we needed to be and not suitable! I contacted the number linked to the booking and was informed it was actually a leak not electric issue, the guy seemed helpful and offered a £50 gesture of good will or I formed we could cancel booking free of charge due to the mix up. We then booked another property and informed them we had done so and needed to issue our refund to then be told we were unable to have a refund! Since this my emails and messages have been ignored! Terrible experience

Awful smell in the room and the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke!! We were there 2 nights and the smell lingered even after we used air freshener Room wasn't t cleaned and no clean towels left!! Also, no hairdryer
