The location was perfect, right beside all the attractions with lots of restaurants, cafes and bars close by. The apartment was really spacious and comfortable. We used the Q park in Dale Street as suggested to park our car, it was really handy and very secure and the code we were given gave us a good discount as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these apartments.

The bedroom at the front was a bit noisy but as long as you have earplugs to shut out the traffic noise it's not a problem

For the closeness of the hotel to the airport, the noise wasn't really noticeable. The rooms were spacious and clean, but because I booked through Booking.com, I got the underground room with no view! There is a good Italian restaurant in the hotel and there is a pub which does food nearby.

I was looking for a hotel walking distance from Heathrow airport and as the Radisson was just 1.8k from the airport, I said it would be a nice walk and because I didn't have to get a taxi, it would be more predictable with time. When I arrived at Heathrow, I started walking towards the hotel, but it turns out the tunnel is closed for pedestrians, so no access out of the airport on foot. I had to get a taxi anyway which disappointed me. I spoke with other people like me who were staying at the hotel and shared a taxi with me and they were disappointed about not being able to walk to and from the hotel. I just wish it would have said it on the website. There are a few hotels within walking distance of the airport, so I will be staying in one of these the next time. The bus takes a long route to get to the airport, so allow 30 minutes to get there even though its only around the corner. I found Uber the best option.

A lovely quiet location but close to the Lake District fells and the Cumbrian Coast. Friendly staff, dog friendly and a lovely country house hotel. Superb breakfast cooked to order and a great selection of evening meals too. Room was compact and comfortable.

The hotel had been closed apparently for 4 years and only opened on 1.6.24 so lots of dust from building works and no lift working so had to carry cases up many flights of stairs. It shouldn’t have been open yet. Check in took 2 hours as no computer system and the key cards wouldn’t work. Tried various rooms. No internet. No TV. Had to wipe all surfaces on arrival with cleaning wipes as all dusty and dirty. No room service so had to ask for extra milk tea and toilet rolls. No bin so tea making area filthy. Given 2 towels on Day 1 for 2 people but had to use one as bath mat so had 1 towel for 3 nights for 2 people. (They had apparently ordered bath mats but they hadn’t arrived yet. On last night we had 2 leaks from ceiling which dripped all night so had to use both towels to catch water which therefore meant no towel for shower on last morning. We paid £124 per night and you were advertising that week for £75 per night. We are looking for a refund as hotel was nothing like advertised.
