The room was clean and very well maintained. The location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes. The food they offer in their kitchen was very tasty, but the best thing about the hotel was its staff. They were kind, courteous, and attentive. I remember one of them by name—Mabel. We definitely would go back there when the occasion arises.

The whole apartment was very pleasant. The kitchen facilities were superb including the washer and dryer, all very compact in the room. The beds and bed linen were very good, heating was excellent, crockery and cutlery were excellent. Apartment was very bright and airy and tastefully decorated.

The bath/shower was a bit difficult for older people. Could have been improved with the installation of a grab rail in wall as extra support while trying to get in and out of shower. The chairs in living room need replacing or at least repairing as you sink down very low in them and it’s almost impossible to get out of them. The front door deadlock needs replacing as it totally seized up resulting in our inability to get into the property one evening. Very difficult for o/s visitors who don’t have local phone connection to call for help. Thanks to the assistance of a neighbor we eventually gained entry after 1O pm. Very scary!

Everything! Location was amazing, close to Oxford Street, pubs, restaurants and easy access to the underground. Living space was really comfortable with everything you need. Bedroom was enormous with a comfy super king bed. Hosts could not have been more helpful or accommodating!

Ideal location to explore all the surrounding areas of Anglesey. Local village pub are very welcoming and dog friendly It’s just right. Plus it’s that good it was our second visit.

Breakfast was nice especially the a la carte. Slow to replenish buffet so if you are in a hurry you may miss out. Food was very good though and worth waiting for.

They were doing renovations at the time so some inconveniences around lift detours and dusty areas. We had one room that was too small and it had a few steps. Best to check if on higher floors.

It was hot in the hotel especially on the floors , beds are so uncomfortable, mattresses shocking you can feel the springs , pillows terrible, a bit run down, cracked shower screen, needs a facelift! Rooms are clean but bathrooms are ordinary. Staff were ok, explanation of group payment options were not explained, concierge couldn’t find our bags we asked to hold and we had to go into the storage rooms to identify our bags.
